Demo and replace all bathroom fixtures in 3-bathrooms to include new tile on both floors and walls, lighting, cabinetry vanities and sinks

Install and stain new hardwood flooring through the foyer.  Add new sconce lighting and light switch configurations

Build a new formal patio cover with decorative lighting and gas heat lamp
